The Last Check LLC specializes in assisting financial institutions in reducing their check clearing costs via software solutions leveraging image exchange and the X9.37 check image exchange standard.

As contributors, designers, and developers on key image exchange initiatives such as the X9.37 standard, the SVPCO Distributed Traffic Agent Network, the Endpoint Exchange Network, and the Vector Image Exchange system, the staff of the Last Check LLC is uniquely qualified to assist financial institutions in optimizing their check image exchange networks and solutions to reduce their clearing costs.

Many institutions have already implemented image exchange but still have paper checks and returns that they cannot clear via image exchange. Those paper items may be available in older electronic file formats (such as COF), and need to be converted into an X9.37 file.
